Backpack Donation Project

SCHOOL’S OUT! TIME FOR VACATIONS AND FUN!

That may be true, but, at St. Nicholas Orthodox Church, it also means something else. This is the time of the year when we, in partnership with FOCUS –NORTH AMERCA, gear up our campaign to provide backpacks for worthy students in the Duquesne City School District.

To sponsor a backpack costs $25.00.

In the past, our church members have been very generous in their support of this project. If your personal budget will allow, please consider sponsoring more than one backpack. Our goal this year is to provide 48 backpacks to the second graders for the upcoming school year, beginning in August 2023. Jean Colantoni or George Matey will gladly accept your contribution for this project.
